When enrolled in CompuVision, your firm’s IT systems are monitored 24/7/365 by our monitoring center. Any system operating outside normal parameters in any way is reported to a monitoring technician immediately. If remote repair is possible, it is done immediately; anything requiring onsite assistance is dispatched with appropriate priority. This level of foreknowledge often allows CompuDoctor to repair issues before they become apparent to the end-user, allowing for limited downtime and disruption.
Discounted labor rates for CompuVision clients: all billable labor is charged at a 20% discount as compared to non-contract clients. Also included in your CompuVision contract is priority service in emergency situations, server down situations, etc. One hour onsite response is guaranteed in these crises. As a CompuVision client you will also receive a generous amount of consulting & planning time at no hourly charge. CompuDoctor will manage your outsource items such as email and web hosting, copier contracts, Telco contracts, software support contracts, and more. Some consulting charges may apply.
