Personnel
CompuDoctor employs four technical and two support staff:
Rick Wagoner: President and Operations Manager. Rick oversees the technical staff and is the primary consultant for the firm’s current clients. As the primary consultant Rick develops most of the IT solutions for our clients and oversees their implementation. Rick is also our Escalation Tech, handling the most complex technical situations personally. Rick is responsible for training, supporting and maintaining our technical staff. Rick is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist with twelve years of experience as a Microsoft Trainer, Network Engineer, Service Technician, and Consultant.
Jeff Coyne: Vice President and General Manager. Jeff manages the day to day operation of the business and is in charge of developing relationships with prospective new clients. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in Corporate IT, having most recently worked as a Vendor Manager for Enterprise Software at Wachovia. Jeff negotiates contracts with clients and assists in evaluating and developing comprehensive service plans. He is also responsible for managing the relationship after the contract is in place.
Travis Holycross: Lead Technician. Travis responsibly handles the most complex issues in the field and in the remote support call center. He performs most of the major installations for new and expanding clients, handles server setups, network troubleshooting and works as foreman for our larger cabling jobs. Travis is truly a jack of all trades and has a wealth of computer product knowledge. He has gained the confidence of our clients and is always calm and level-headed, even when the going gets rough. In 2004 Travis started as a part-time tech and has climbed the ladder based on his technical skills and high degree of accountability.
Kareem Slaughter: Technician. Kareem is the newest member of the technical staff. Added in summer of 2007, Kareem quickly became popular with our clients due to his personality and competence. Kareem got his certifications after retiring from the US Army and recently moved to Charlotte, NC to raise his family (and escape the northern cold). He has caught on tremendously and is becoming one of the most common faces seen by our clients, as well as handling most of the shop repairs.
