All work is guaranteed and we are ready and willing to explain what we do in great detail, there is no hocus-pocus here. CompuDoctor has local partners for specialties like Apple repair and data recovery and through these channels will handle these items for you as well.
Onsite Service: Whether your printer is simply unplugged or you have had a major crash we come to you equipped and ready to perform a repair as quickly as possible. Our certified and qualified technicians can get needed parts from stock or from several local warehouses and pricing is competitive on all parts and labor. Most repairs can be made same-day. All onsite service is done by appointment only. There is a one-hour minimum charge for coming onsite.
Remote Service: In many cases when the solution is complex but does not require a physical presence CompuDoctor can remotely assist you in making the corrections. Using the CompuVision Remote Assistance website you can allow us to remotely control and repair your issues without coming onsite. This cost effective alternative to onsite service both saves you money and time. Charges are billed in 15-minute intervals so you only pay for what you need.
