CompuDoctor is Acquired by AT-NET SERVICES

AT-NET SERVICES Managed ServicesThe purchase of CompuDoctor, an information technology company, based in Charlotte represents a growth step for AT-NET Services, Inc. Jeffrey King, president of AT-NET, announced a merger with CompuDoctor, Inc., a 10-year-old IT firm located on Independence Blvd. “CompuDoctor is very similar to us,” King said, “but they have not been able to offer our full spectrum of services to their clients. By merging with CompuDoctor, we will be able to further enhance the delivery of customer focused technology solutions to our SMB (small medium business) clients.” Wagoner will remain with AT-NET as Customer AssiManaged Service Provider for Computer Supportstance Center Supervisor. Neither King nor Rick Wagoner disclosed financial terms of the transaction that closed on January 26.

With the acquisition, AT-NET operates offices and data centers in the Greater Charlotte area and Raleigh, as well as Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. It has over 600 clients, primarily in the United States, China and Italy.
